An October Party with a Purpose event

No need to dress for a safari, but please bring your sense of adventure. Local game expert Doug Lay and Chefs Jonathan Childres and Damon Lapas of The Barbecue Joint will team up to produce an extraordinary epicurean escapade. Choose among the lesser known proteins available to the region, along with all of the familiar sides plus wine and beer. Plenty of recognizable favorites will be on hand for the less daring, accompanied by patter that will teeter between the educational and the hilarious.
